Audition Material
First and foremost, please ensure you REGISTER! Once you register, you will receive a personal drop folder into which you will place your video audition.

Sax, Trumpet, Trombone, Bass, Guitar and Vibes players:
Perform one of the etudes below to the corresponding backing track:
Junior Etudes (coming soon) - Backing Track (coming soon)
Intermediate Etudes (coming soon) - Backing Track (coming soon)
Senior Etudes (coming soon) - Backing Track (coming soon)
Minimum 2 choruses of improvisation on the blues progression (any key).
Perform the scale that corresponds with your instrument from THIS DOCUMENT (coming soon)
Drummers:
Play 32 bars of swing, latin & ballad styles
Play a 32 bar solo in any style of your choice
Piano:
Two contrasting pieces (play melody and bass line), solo & walk on the blues.
Two contrasting pieces (melody and comp), solo & comp on the blues.

Results Announced: Wednesday, May 20, 2026
